Auburndale is located minutes due south of I-4, by exit 44, between Orlando and Tampa, Florida. It is a great little town with a glorious family park in the middle of the blossoming downtown area. There is very easy access to Hwy 92, the Polk Parkway (Hwy 570) and the interstate. |

Bartow is the seat of Polk County, Central Florida. It is a glorious small town that boasts all of the conveniences of a modern American town. There are many government agencies and departments scattered around town, making this the perfect location for those working for the local municipalities |
